The Navy Seals professional drew a graph for him. On one side they drew, they wrote the word ‘Performance’ and on the other side, they were, they wrote the word ‘Trust’. This is what they told him:

  1. Nobody wants a low performer and low trust person.
  2. Everybody wants the high performer and high trust person.

What they learned that the high performer and low trust person is a toxic leader/ team member.

They would rather have a medium performer and high trust person, sometimes even a low performer of high trust.
